0 = automatic

Your images stay on your device — nothing is uploaded

About this tool

This image resizer changes the width and height of your images in pixels or by percentage. Keep the aspect ratio so nothing is stretched, or set an exact size. Resize photos for social media, websites, passport and form uploads, or email — several images at once, without uploading them anywhere.

How to use

  1. Drop your images, click to choose them, or paste a screenshot.
  2. Enter the new width or height (leave the other at 0 to work it out automatically), or choose "By percentage".
  3. Download the resized images. You can also change the format and quality at the same time.

FAQ

What does "Keep aspect ratio" do?

It keeps the proportions of the image so it is not stretched. If you enter both width and height, the image is resized to fit inside that box. Untick it to force the exact width and height.

Can I make an image bigger?

Yes, but enlarging cannot add detail, so the result may look soft or blurry. Resizing down always looks sharp.

Can I process several images at once?

Yes. Drop or choose several images together. Each one is processed with the same settings, and you can download them one by one or all at once.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Images are processed by your own browser using the built-in canvas, so they never leave your device. This also makes it fast — there is nothing to upload or download.
