Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OnlineToolStudio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use onlinetoolstudio.com (the “Site”).

1. Data you enter into tools

Our tools run in your web browser. Text, code and other data you type or paste into a tool are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers.

The exceptions are the network tools (Internet Speed Test and Ping & Internet Stability Test): to measure your connection they exchange test data with the nearest server of Cloudflare’s network, so Cloudflare receives your IP address like any website you visit. We do not send your test results to Cloudflare, and your results are stored only in your browser.

2. Information stored in your browser

To make the Site more convenient, we store some information in your browser’s local storage:

  • Your favourite and recently used tools.
  • Your preferences, such as light or dark theme and sidebar layout.
  • Tool settings (for example, password length) and the last input you entered in some tools, so it is still there when you return.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Generated passwords are never stored. You can remove a tool’s saved input with its Clear button, or remove everything by clearing your browser’s site data.

3. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future (for example, Google Analytics), we will update this policy before doing so.

4. Server logs

Like most websites, the servers that deliver the Site may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only to keep the Site secure and working, and are kept for a limited time.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites, such as our Facebook page. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.

8. Contact
